Strategy: Our aim is to learn the curve of  the stock markets and try to have fun meet while we trying to lose the money!!!! :-) true is, in fact, our  intention is to have fun and hopefully learn a bit of shares and successfully investing in a long term.

we are affiliation with a pro-share Investment club and account/broker with the TD Waterhouse with access over the online trading.

Our membership stretches from the 2 corners of southern Scotland, North Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.

Club inaugurated member in May 2001 with 8 founder members. since then, one has left with one replaced so back to 8.  In our rules, we are only allowed to have a full membership of 10.

if you wish to join, have to pay £50 for join fee, which is not refundable, and £500 initials for investment plus £10 monthly payments (it can be a variable price according to agreements in general meetings which is held in October/November) BUT it will be a finalised decision by the current members of the MMID before you be able to join us.

Usually we use the venue at the Cannybrew Cottage, we usually have a 11 meetings plus an annual general meeting every year.
